As previously reported by our friends over at our sister site The Judy Garland Message Board (and I'm finally posting here): On February 19, 2007 Capitol Records in England is releasing a new 3-CD compilation of Judy's best recordings for the label. Almost all of the tracks have been newly remastered in 2006.
